Kellogg Biological Station (KBS) Summer Programs
Applications for Kellogg Biological Station (KBS) summer programs are open, apply now before the February 15th, 2024 deadline! Students who spend a summer at KBS will gain a wide variety of research and professional experiences and become part of a close-knit community at our world-renowned biological station on beautiful Gull Lake. Our summer 2024 research and internship opportunities will run from May 12-July 27th and include:
1. Undergraduate Research Apprentice (URA) positions- The KBS URA is a part-time paid research position to work with a KBS lab/research group. Includes a full room & board scholarship! No prior research experience is required.
2. Undergraduate Internships- KBS internships offer a variety of part-time/full-time paid professional experiences to undergraduate students- including avian care, forestry, and digital storytelling. Includes a full room & board scholarship!
***Please note that a variety of need-based scholarships are available to help cover your summer tuition costs! ***
We will be accepting applications for our URA, REU, and Intern positions through February 15th, 2024.
Underrepresented, low income, first-generation college and veteran students are strongly encouraged to apply for the KBS summer programs.
